This week we did a lot of pulley work.  We learned about two kinds of pulleys. One was a fixed pulley that pulley did not move. The next pulley was a movable pulley. We started to work on are second social studies project, which is a brochure about all the wonderful things about Mesopotamia. We did a debate about if Harriet was right or wrong to write about people in her notebook, plus if her friends were right or wrong to be mad at her. In the auditorium, a veteran came to tell us what it was like in the army. Yesterday a person came from the Discovery Museum to talk with us about levers and pulleys. We also did a few activities with levers.
